guess its sorta the same as muscle memory but saw recently that people who have not exercised for a long time, but had previously, make a lot quicker gains once start exercising again. @Glisten

@Glisten why thank you.. yes sometimes it's what seem like everyday habits are a huge feat for some of us.. self care. Showering and looking after our minds and bodies.. they turn out to be the BIG things as doing those things shows us that we are well... that we are not slipping.. as we are capable of doing those things and importantly too, want to do those things as we know it makes us feel good which is an important act of self-love in itself.. caring about feeling good about ourselves ❤️

Hey there @Judi9877 🙂🌺
this is worth celebrating.. you’ve overcome systemic and institutional barriers to facilitate your own way in forging ahead with education, within a system that can be complex and filled with opposition at times.
While reading your post, I could hear myself grumbling about systemic barriers, however at each turn you’ve planned, progressed and proceeded to get where you need to go to reach your goals.
You’ve achieved great things within really rigid structures and I can’t be any happier for you! 🙌🏻😀🌺👌🏻
I hope you feel a great sense of pride and achievement - you deserve it 😊💜
