Lucky I found this post @Bill16 - seems notifications are acting up for a change
All sorts of stuff. In fact, he's speaking with my psychiatrist (she is away until October) about seeing if a med reduction/change might work out. One thing he does push is me pursuing creative activities; my writing in particular. Which is good. All too easy to convince myself that I'm crap and let it all slide lol
