Re: Finch

Nice @ENKELI @Oaktree !

Mine is called Piper! I'm going slow and only have a few goals each day 🙂

Beautiful @ENKELI

Mine has just returned from her adventure. I am just going to go see what she discovered if anything

Re: Finch

@tyme same here gorgeous. I am very unmotivated and chose minimal goals for myself too. Piper, I love that name ❤️

Re: Finch

@Oaktree Millie is still on her adventure 🤗

Re: Finch

@tyme @Oaktree

Mine is Phoenix because she has big dreams

I gave myself extra tasks,

Phoenix found out she doesn't like cherries today

I personally like cherries

She has also discovered a micropet

I'm enjoying the daily quests too and the first aid is good for distress tolerance (after the dentist it helped)

Poppy discovered that she did like cherries today. She is curious!

Re: Finch

Loving this @Oaktree @avant-garde @ENKELI . I brushed my teeth today, so my Piper is happy lol

@tyme

I can relate to that. I don’t brush my teeth anywhere as near as much as I should. I tend to brush my teeth right before I go out. Sometimes self care is too much energy

I gave my pet extra goals today. To do latch hooking and to go to the psychologist. I also did a breathing exercise designed to energise me for a minute, I did a reflection as well

Re: Finch

@Oaktree I can totally relate to the teeth brushing thing. I am so ashamed of myself  for not brushing them every day, especially since I have dry mouth caused by medication and I am missing my top front teeth as well as a couple of my bottom front teeth.
It causes so much anxiety that I am too embarrassed to go out and have cancelled many invitations. My struggle at the moment is getting up the courage to go back to church.

I have tried having a spare toothbrush beside my bed as well as in my ensuite and main bathroom because I know I am only going to lose more teeth if I don't start being more diligent.

I hope you manage to brush your teefs more frequently as I would hate for you to have to go through what I am xoxo
