I'm a big believer in actions over words - anyone can say anything but the truth sits in the actions.

Only have one little hiccup which is that one of my Mr shaz's diagnosis is ADHD and 2 of his sons has this also and because I now am on the DSP,  my mr shaz is loving ebay more now and he is thinking of stopping work completely,  he has 3 years until retirement

I am well. Had a good day. I had an NDIS meeting this morning and found out that my request to get Lite n Easy funded got approved. Yay! Basically my goal was to improve my mental health by losing weight and by improving my nutrition to thereby improve my self esteem. Pretty happy about that. 

Then this afternoon I went to a social coffee group. I just got home from that. 

It’s sunny here today after about 4 days of rain and yucky weather. Looks like it’s going to be sunny for the foreseeable future right now. It’s great for my seeds.

Now that I will be starting lite and easy I guess that I will have to feed my hubby the veggies that I grow…

Sorry to hear Mr @Shaz51 is sick with the flu. Hopefully he recovers soon.

Thanks about my avatar but I am not happy with how it has turned out as you can’t really see it so I think I will try again. Unfortunately I am not very tech savy so it might take me a bit to do it.

It’s great for you that relationships are improving. I am with @hanami, I can’t imagine anyone not liking you. It’s terrible the ex is trying to control the situation with the kids. That is just plain wrong.

I know there has been a few ups and downs for you. How are things today? Is your kidney infection all healed?

@tyme , have a checkup appointment next Wednesday, I think i still have a touch of an infection and the AB's are finished 

busy day here , hubby has the flu 

been relaxing since 4pm and had frozen pizza for dinner , something easy 

how are you and any plans for the weekend 

I have started to repot some of my plants --- ha ha I have done 2 soo far and one in the bin
