So I had a good day today. I had a meeting with my case manager and we talked about the amount of progress I have made since she first started working with me. I know I have worked with her off and on for over 6 years because she referred me to a walking group and I started that on 1st March 2017. I have had breaks with her because she went off and had 2 kids. I don’t remember how bad I was when I started seeing her but I do remember that I didn’t want a case manager. It took me a long time to warm up to her but now I love her. She is pretty young though but she has proven herself in a crisis or two. My health is so good at the moment! This makes me so happy.

Then this afternoon I went to a group run by the mental health clinic. It was ok. I had a celebration to share about my Lite n’ easy being approved by the NDIS.

The ACT group starts on Tuesday the 16th so I have to work out how to get there. Hopefully that group will prove useful.

This evening I planted a few more seeds because some of my last batch didn’t germinate. Now I have to get a couple more pots for strawberries and oregano.

Good on you @Oaktree @that all sounds fantastic. Interested to hear how you settle in with the eating plan. I changed my eating habits when I took on a great dietician over 18 months. Definitely worth the change!

Hi  @Oaktree   How are you going mate ,   and meant to ask the other day,  How is hubby's knees 

holding up and job going.  Bet the vegies are bolting away now.   I've been on the tools all day.  The Old 

land cruiser is getting a new tray,  and we got my cousin a new ute to use around the place,  so at least I have wheels .  Sat on a milk crate and and painted the chassis and I must say,  its coming up a treat.

Going to put a timber floor tray on this time,  and see how it looks.

Mate. .   Sad  sad news ..    Floating feather is going..    Major loss that one.  Just logged in and got a shock..          I better go see what's in the cooking pot.   Bookkeeper is being a bit coy and  I can't find my rabbit.

I know, I saw this morning that @FloatingFeather was leaving us. It’s really sad but I guess they are going on to other things. 

Hubby’s knees have been super painful and one of his legs went numb. Something about the nerves I think. Hubby is going back to work again tomorrow. He has had Thursday - Tuesday at home to recover from his first 3 days work. It is super painful as I said but he is a trooper. He is determined to grin and bear it as we need the money. 

I am doing really well. I started my day trying to catch a little lizard stuck in the bathtub. I ended up putting a plastic cup over him and sliding a piece of paper underneath him. I think he was glad to be back in the great outdoors when I put him outside. We actually saw him by the bookcase in the living room a few days ago but he was too fast for us to catch him. Hopefully now he will find himself a feed. 

I went to the doctors this morning and had a covid vaccination and then this afternoon I went with my support worker to the movies. After that I did an interval walk which was really hard. Good for me though.

Sounds like your ute is getting some special treatment. What colour are you painting it? 

When are you heading off on your holiday and will the book keeper be coming with you? Just between you and me - is there anything going on between you and her? When you talk about her I get the feeling that you are keen on her. Might just be my imagination. You don’t have to answer about that if you don’t want. It’s probably none of my business anyway.
